Thambraas

To support the scholarly and the most revered Vedic community, preserve the golden heritage, train and empowers new individuals with the established practices, preserve and protect our ancient Hindu temples and Vedic places to name a few.

Our focus is also to provide healthcare to the needy with or without insurance, provide educational scholarships in terms of financial aids to the needy yet meritorious students, to empower women community to be self-sufficient, resilient and entrepreneurial along with encouraging them in STEM.

Temple Construction & Renovation

The basic roots of great Hindu culture are preserved by Temples and Archakas/ Priests. Renovating dilapidated ancient and historic temples and constructing new temples pave a way for sustaining our culture and passing on the great values of our culture to our future generations. Funds are also used to help Archakas/ Priests who are in need of support.More Information

Help Towards Performing Rituals

There are several Vedic Community families who seek help to perform Upanayanam, Marriage and Funeral (last rites). Funds will be used to help Vedic community families in need of support.More Information

Health Initiatives

Primary focus of this initiative is to provide funding for Healthcare and Health Insurance for needy Vedic Priests/ Scholars and poor Vedic community families. More Information

Destitute Women & Orphaned Children Assistance

This initiative focuses on bridging destitute women and orphaned children with people willing to lend a helping hand that includes providing assistance towards employment and/ or willing to sponsor for their education.More Information

Meet the People Behind the Work The president of ThambraasUSA is authorized to represent the organization at other events. Will have authority to sign the official documents, documents and sign the checks. Has the power to appoint sub-committees or teams for doing projects or conducting events. Networking and Fundraising Collaborate with other organizations Establish Charter and Constitution Create fundraising avenues and processes to monitor the same. Five years and ten-year plans for Large events.

Prabhu Venkatesh Subramanian

President The treasurer of ThambraasUSA is the single point of contact responsible for finance Bank and Checking account control Budget preparation before event and statement submission after the event. Tracking the donations and expenses project-wise, event-wise preparing and submitting documents for Tax filing every tax year.

Muthu Vaidyanathan

Treasurer The secretary of ThambraasUSA is responsible for planning and arranging regular meetings, maintaining meeting minutes, ensuring communication to patrons about events, fundraising, and newsletter are shared help for yearend compliance documentation to maintain NPO status.

Sivakumar Kameswaran

Secretary The Director – Youth outreach and Student connect are responsible for planning and mobilizing outreach events for High School and College Kids Data mobilization for a college scholarship and school scholarship for the needy, Establishing Student connect who require placements, projects, and jobs.

Aravind Subramanian

Director – Youth Outreach and Student Connect The Director – Women and Girl connect is responsible for ensuring Leadership training for girls and women STEM Awareness for girls job prospects and placements for Women, Women Entrepreneurship, Reemployment opportunities Skill Swap and Cross Opportunities, Health Education. Harassment and Women Abuse prevention, Sampradaya, and sastra awareness program.
