Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you agree to this. Thambraas USA is offering this service to our community. You are submitting the information with consent, and information could be updated/reproduced from our WhatsApp, Thambraasusa.org, Email, SMS Text, and other social media avenue such as Facebook. We also need additional documentation in support of your request. You may email after successfully submitting this form. 

We request you to exercise diligence and prudence while submitting the information. Officers of Thambraas USA shall not be liable for short coming due to any misrepresentations of information presented. We make attempts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information(PII); however, your information submitted over the internet may not be secure. You agree that copying the data using technology or any other new data misuse/theft methods cannot be secured by us. Neither Thambraas USA nor its officers will be liable for any such act. By submitting this form, you agree to share updates about the project, including pictures, documents, and other artifacts that may get published on our website and communicated through our organization's social media avenues. By submitting this form, you agree to accept phone calls, video calls, provide supporting documentation and other necessary artifacts for proper due diligence by Thambraas board members or its approved volunteers. You also agree to accept receipt of payment, copy of bank statements, passbook, and provide receipt proof of how the money is spent and ensure strict compliance. You also agree to properly acknowledge receipt of funds (if the project is approved, campaigned, and supported by ThambraasUSA). You also agree to provide thank you letter back to ThambraasUSA if your project is appropriately authorized by the Thambraas USA board and helped by the ThambraasUSA organization.

Thambraas USA reserves the right to remove any member who violates the terms and conditions. Thambraas USA board reserves the right to reject any project specifying reasons.
